- IAO provides value-added services by offering independent and objective review, analysis, and evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations and control procedures of the University.
- IAO evaluates whether applicable policies and procedures are complied, relevant statutory requirements are met, resources are deployed effectively, efficiently and economically.
- IAO evaluates management’s objectives to ensure consistency with the Board and the University’s strategic plan and reviews key business processes to assess whether associated risks are being appropriately managed.
