Audit plan lists out the audit projects scheduled for the period to reflect the audit coverage and priority according to the level of risk assessed, and specifies the timing that the audit projects will take place and guides the allocation of audit resources.  It is developed based on the periodic risk assessment of the University’s operations and business areas from an overall perspective.

Progress of audit plan will be reported to the Audit Committee and the President regularly.  Audit plan will be reviewed whenever necessary to align with the latest development and strategic direction of the University, and to accommodate for urgent management requests and any reprioritized projects.
