Audit Reporting
- For all audit engagements, department heads and persons responsible for the operation and activity under review shall be advised and given the opportunity to discuss the findings and proposed recommendations upon the completion of an audit.
- An audit report summarizing the findings and recommendations will be prepared and issued by the IAO at the conclusion of each audit, and will be distributed to all stakeholders as considered appropriate.
